By downloading, installing, or using the DieselDuniya mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
DieselDuniya provides a subscription-based platform offering:
Our services are intended for professional use by diesel mechanics, CRDI technicians, workshop owners, transporters, and fleet owners.
DieselDuniya offers monthly subscription plans processed through Google Play Billing. Current pricing is displayed in the app and may change with 30 days notice.
New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Google Play. Your Google Play account will be charged at the end of each billing period. Prices include applicable GST.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
Refund requests are handled by Google Play per their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. Contact Google Play support for refund requests within 48 hours of charge.

All content on DieselDuniya including technical data, price lists, charts, and compilations is owned by DieselDuniya or licensed to us. You may use content for personal professional reference only. Commercial reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Technical data provided on DieselDuniya is for reference purposes only. Always verify specifications with official manufacturer documentation before performing repairs. DieselDuniya is not liable for any damage arising from use of our data.
The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
DieselDuniya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
By opting in to WhatsApp notifications, you consent to receive messages from DieselDuniya via WhatsApp. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or through app settings. Standard WhatsApp data rates may apply.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Significant changes will be notified via the app.
